An insole is the layer of material on the inside bottom of a shoe. It can be part of the shoe when you buy it, which is known as a factory insole. Insoles can also be purchased by themselves and added to the shoes. That type of insole is an after-factory insole. Your personal health needs, current foot conditions, activities you intend to use the shoe for, and current level of shoe quality will help you decide whether or not to add an after-factory insole. Arch Type
Flat
Very flexible foot with an arch that sits low to the ground. Very little arch definition. Low arches are often biomechanically imbalanced and can make your feet more susceptible to common foot problems such as heel pain, arch pain, and plantar fasciitis.
Normal
Moderately flexible foot, Medium arches are often biomechanically efficient but still can be susceptible to common foot problems such as heel pain or ball-of-foot discomfort.
High
Very rigid foot with an arch that sits higher from the ground. Well-defined arch. Excessive pressure to rearfoot and forefoot. With high arches, you have less surface area for absorbing impact and you place excessive pressure on your rearfoot and forefoot areas. This can make you susceptible to foot conditions such as heel pain, ball-of-foot pain or plantar fasciitis.
Foot Width
Wide
Your foot is wider, and you find some narrower / low profile shoes uncomfortable. You wear Women’s C/D/E or Men’s E width size shoes.
Normal
Your foot is average width, and don’t have issues with uncomfortable shoes based on width / volume. You wear Women’s B or Men’s D width size shoes.
Narrow
You have a thin or narrow foot, and find that some larger volume wider shoes are too bulky or loose. You wear Women’s AA or Men’s C width size shoes.

Select yes if your footwear has an insole that can be removed. Simply check the insole in the shoe to see if it easily slips out
